When J first talked to me about her wedding to M, she described it as ‘low key and simple’. They wanted to be married in Canmore, their second home, and to celebrate the mountains. Throw in a Banff Springs Hotel wedding reception, and their wedding was one of the most elegant mountain weddings I’ve seen. A lot of people get married in Canmore because it’s beautiful, J & M were married there because it’s home. The first time I met J was at her place in Canmore and I immediately loved spending time with her. She’s pragmatic and positive, hard working, and super smart. M runs a successful business and together they’ve built a great life. The arrival of their little one B turned them into a family of 4 (with fur baby Mia already on the scene).
J & M’s romantic wedding was about so much more than just the two of them, and it was lovely to get to know their friends and family over the weekend. We spent a beautiful day in the mountains, hitting up meaningful spots for them. Just an amazing day!
Chrystal and I had a fabulous road trip together. Lots of dance parties in the car, and just a couple of glasses of wine…..
