What better way to spend a cold, rainy, snowy September night and re-living memories of a beautiful spring Red Tail Landing wedding! I remember M from my biochemistry days as an ambitious man, and all these years later I can definitely see that he hasn’t changed. Not only is he very intelligent, he is incredibly kind and will go out of his way to help just about anyone. K is also quite literally in the business of helping people, working for STARS air ambulance. They love traveling together, and have such a great partnership – they have worked through busy schedules and changing jobs, adventures, and now planning for their Red Tail Landing wedding! Together. It’s a truly admirable relationship.
We were lucky enough to go to the STARS hangar for a few portraits, and K’s co-workers did a fly-by during the ceremony to wish the newlyweds well! Anytime we can incorporate something unique and special into wedding photos I jump at the chance. Their friends and family were all smiles, and shared wonderful stories of the two of them.
Nestled near the Edmonton airport is Red Tail Landing – a golf course with a lovely back lawn for wedding ceremonies! The food there is amazing, and along with the custom fence that M & K brought in for their ceremony is was a great location for their wedding ceremony, wedding portraits, and their reception! Having everything in one place made things very easy for M & K. I love when I get a chance to sneak out with my couples at sunset to do bonus photos, and Red Tail Landing is the perfect spot for that, surrounded by beautiful grounds! If you’re looking to plan your 2018 or 2019 wedding shortly I would recommend checking it out.
I wish these two a lifetime of happiness, travels, and partnership! Congratulations!
